Barfi

Made on a budget of approximately ₹300 million (US$3.9 million), Barfi! opened worldwide on 14 September 2012. The film received widespread critical acclaim, with critics praising the cast performances, the direction, the screenplay, the cinematography, the music and the positive portrayal of physically disabled people. The film was a box-office success, becoming one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films of 2012 in India and overseas. The film went on to gross over 1.75 billion rupees (US$25 Million) worldwide.
